I helped the owner of a Bar & Restaurant get on the map.
Jan 2023-Dec 2023

Services Completed
- Where do you see your business in 5 years? – First I met with the owner to understand the marketing needs and business goals
- Filled out the Google Business Page Questionnaire, asking the owner for relevant information to upload to the Google page
- Completed a Product Inventory to see the products for sale to customers and to prepare for the menus to be created.
- Captured photos of the store and products to upload to Google
- Created a Google Maps Business Page including the relevant information and photos. I also added a business summary and applied relevant attributes to increase customer conversion rates
- Created a Facebook Business Page and added business information, photos, and a link to an active TikTok business account
- Designed in-store and digital Menus in English and Spanish which none of the bars or restaurants in the area have
- Designed and delivered a business card with relevant business information as well as as a call out to follow the TikTok page
- Designed and installed a Google review QR sign that customers can easily scan to leave a review on the Google Business Profile
Services Explained
Google Business Page Questionnaire
I asked the owner questions about goals for the business as well as more logistical questions such as business address and hours.

Product Inventory
I organized the product inventory spreadsheet to different sheets, including Menu Items (items that made it to the final menu), Non-Alcoholic Drinks, Vodka, Tequila, Whisky, Beer, Wine and Food.
The Product Inventory is saved in Google Sheets so it’s accessible to the business owner in the cloud.

Smartphone Photography
An iPhone 13 was used to take photos for this business.

Google Maps Business page
I made a Google Maps Business page for the business after creating the Menu and taking photos.
I added business information including name, address, business type, added photos and a photo logo.

2-Sided Menu in English and Spanish
The first service requested was a food and drink menu in English and Spanish.
About 50% of the business’ customers are Spanish speakers while the other half are able to read English to order drinks and food.
Before I began marketing, the business had a basic drink menu in English with 18% of the total available drink options (20 out of 110).
I organized the new menu so all alcoholic drinks were on the back, and added organized sections with title blocks for easy scanning.
Below are the two sides of the English menu:

And the Spanish menu:

See below for a prototype of the menu at the location.

Product Signage
I noticed there were orange neon-colored handwritten price tags in the beer and beverage fridges. These signs were hard to read and didn’t have a shekel sign, so I created a prototype of price tags with font and colors that matched the menus and business card.
The price tags were pitched to the business owner, but it wasn’t a need at the time.
Below is a close up of the original price tag and a prototype tag.

Below are a few more photos of the prototype price tag on different refrigerator shelves at the business.

Review Generation QR Code
I designed and installed an in-store QR code sign to make it easy for customers to leave their opinion of the business.
