About Me

My first introduction to design was when I took industrial design classes at night at Pratt Institute’s Continuing and Professional Studies program in Brooklyn, New York. These once a week classes taught me product design thinking, sketching for product design, and metal welding. I made 20 metal and wood furniture pieces like side tables, coffee tables and door hooks for family, friends and co-workers.

I later stumbled on a UX and customer experience course by Google, which taught me the fundamentals of designing for the different types of users/customers a businesses or organization wants to give value to.

The first time I helped a business was when I optimized the Google Maps page for a local supermarket I worked for. I corrected the hours and took new photos, and have since helped over 40 businesses with everything from menu design, to price signs, to business strategy advisory.

I’m passionate about using my knowledge and expertise to help businesses and organizations market themselves to reach their full growth potential.
